1. Toenail clippings from a prior guest on our outdoor patio and lack of responsiveness from management when this was reported. 2. Safety/trip hazard in outdoor area rugs reported to front desk but never remedied throughout our stay. 3. Cigarettes butts and a lighter found by children, near the jacuzzi. 4. Lost reservations of another family member who had to stay at the Sheraton the first night of their arrival and then move back to the Westin. 5. Unwillingness of sales/catering team to offer a group rate on rooms since we only had 9, not 10 rooms. We even looked into hosting a cocktail reception there to get a group rate but no flexibility at all. Disappointing from a Westin property!
