Staff was incredibly friendly, but they were having fire alarm issues and it kept going off. Also my door was incredibly difficult to open. I actually had to put my shoulder to it. A worker said that when they're cleaning rooms, they put something in the door to keep it open and that causes the problem I was having. Also need nightlights in the bathrooms.
