I had issues during this stay and hotel did more than just make it right and because of that, I have to say that I am impressed. In a day and age where it is hard to find good help, I was very impressed by how management went out of their way to address the situation. The fact that management went above and beyond to correct the situation, told me that they really do care about how your stay was.
