We signed up for shuttle time of 5 am on Oct. 21Driver of shuttle did not show. The desk manager called for Uber for another couple which hotel paid bill for them but told us we needed to wait until 6 am for driver. We told him we needed to get to airport to get our flight. He refused to call a Uber for us. We had to call Uber and pay ourselves
