When we went to check in, there was only one person working the desk and she was overwhelmed and told us we would need to wait so she could go to the bathroom since she had been working straight since 4:00. When we got to our room, the tile floor was wet in some spots as if it had just been mopped. The room was not very clean as we found a package of cheese and crackers behind the chair in the room and the dresser drawers had dust and crums in them. The bathroom was missing the shower curtain and the shower wall had some residue from previous usage; there was only a half roll of toilet paper in the room. I went down to the desk to resolve and they did send someone up within 15 minutes with a shower curtain and toilet paper. For the rest of the stay, the floor was always slick and never felt right; I don't know if that is just from Florida weather or not. We would not stay there again.
I was disappointed in this hotel, the room could have been clean. They did not come in to make the bed daily, just stopped to ask if I needed anything. I was there for over a week! The staff was friendly, the restaurant/bar was good. The free breakfast was not always hot!

The inn was very clean and inviting. Beds were firm and easy to sleep on. Staff was accommodating. Great stay for a reasonable price.

No telephone in the room. The most complicated TV (or whatever it was) that we couldn't figure out after 15 minutes of instruction.
