The hotel stated that they were not aware of my reservation through AAA. They stated that they don't advertise through them and tried to offer a higher rate. Got on the phone with AAA to get the matter taken care of but the employee stated they they need to check with their main office to find the reservation. They did allow us to check in without having to pay until the matter was sorted. They did find my reservation and that matter was resolved. As far as the room we did ask to see it before completing the check in. The room was clean and didn't have any immediate smell. The bathroom shower curtain on the other hand has a musty or mildew smell and should of been changed out. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
