They refused to cancel my reservation that I made through AAA Auto Club that I had made just an hour prior. We were trying to decide on whether to evacuate for Hurricane Ian or not. AAA kept saying that the resort would not cancel it and the resort blamed it on AAA. Either way, it made an extremely difficult time more stressful
