Ground transportation did not arrive, although airport transport was offered. I paid out-of-pocket for airport taxi to hotel. They refused to reimburse the amount paid. Room was not well lit. No wash cloths available.

The hotel is very run down. The signs in the room state that they will clean the room and change the sheets and towels every 3 days. Actually they will not do it at all unless you make a special request at the front desk. The location is great but every thing else is poor. The minimum they should do is empty the trash and make up the beds daily. We also had a leaky faucet and a toilet where we needed to lift the lid and jiggle the float so that it would fill after most flushes. The employees were nice but the overall service and cleanliness of the facilities do not rate more than 1 star; I gave them 2 because of the location.
