The only redeeming quality this hotel has is the location. The cleaning staff does the bare minimum and the front desk staff is rude. Our room was ok in the sense that is was livable. The door flip guard on our entry door was completely broken and unusable. The room had a bad smell to it. We will not be booking here again. Very unimpressed.

We were waiting in line of 9 people for 30 minutes and haven't moved a bit. One employee on Sunday just in season doesn't make sense. - No laundry in the hotel! - We reserved the room with $3.99 breakfast price, now $7.99. They won't honor the price. - they charge extra $ for the little pool they have without consent, even though we paid everything on advance. - Not enough parking spots. Parking stalls are very small.
Location is good and the best part of the hotel. All of the guest related services need attention. From the front desk to bartender to food service need attention. The in room shower came apart. The public spaces could be cleaned and renovated. The elevators are rough. Witnessed the breakfast server cleaning a table then handling food. Outdoor bartender was more concerned with carrying on a conversation with college age girls than receiving food/drink orders. Instead of sending out food pagers at grill they relied on someone going person to person asking what you ordered. The food was cold.
