This restaurant is a beautiful replica of the town's original 1880s saloon. Menu items range from burgers to salmon with risotto and a decadent creme brûlée for a sweet ending. Service, as with the food, is just right—not too casual and not too white cloth. There is a good selection of local wines and beer to accompany the meal. Open for lunch Fri-Mon.
