The owner/chef delivers on their promise for tasty cuisine that blends American favorites with Mexican and Italian influences. There’s an array of entree-size salads, a hearty chili burger and a meatloaf sandwich on sourdough bread with “piggy sauce.� From spicy-maple glazed ribs to grilled king salmon with sun-dried tomato beurre blanc and crispy fish tacos made with Alaskan cod, there’s something for most every palate. There’s no lunch served on Monday.
