Set in a busy downtown district near the convention center, the intimate restaurant highlights the chef’s creativity with elevated menu selections. Flavors are blended with care, offering guests a refined dining experience. Diners can expect a polished take on Cajun and Creole classics to include a hearty country gumbo made with andouille sausage and tender blackened redfish “on the half shell." The fish of the day is paired with fresh vegetables, house-made gnocchi and, very delicious, lightly battered fried crawfish tails. For dessert, guests can choose from familiar standouts including bread pudding and crème brûlée.
