The owners bring their comfort food from the region of Bretagne (Brittany) in Western France. The galette is a savory crêpe made from buckwheat, usually served as a meal. There are a few recommended varieties, like mozzarella, creamed mushrooms and sausage, but you can create your own from a large array of cheese, vegetables and meats. Traditional sweet crêpes are for dessert. They're light and filled with any combination from Nutella to strawberries topped with Chantilly cream.
