The menu at the popular restaurant highlights aged beef, venison, buffalo and elk, grilled over an open mesquite fire pit, alongside options such as salmon, chicken, sea bass and pasta. Set in a former wildlife museum, the space features taxidermy displays and a river rock fireplace, with rustic wood floors and lodgepole pine beams. Notable pieces include a buffalo coat worn by Hank Williams Jr. and a Remington 1872 Rolling Block gun used in the movie “Fort Apache."
