This restaurant is located on the waterfront of Deer Creek, inside one of Utah's finest state parks, with distant views of Mount Timpanogas. The chef offers a menu inspired by locally sourced products. While the menu may change seasonally, some temptations include roasted cauliflower with creamy lemon garlic aioli, chipotle sauce sea bass, short rib fettuccine and pork tomahawk with a pineapple reduction sauce. Be sure to save room for the hot skillet chocolate chip cookie topped with ice cream. It's absolutely scrumptious!
