Located on the 2nd floor of the St. Regis hotel, this elegant eatery offers cityscape views from the 40-foot windows, and a luxurious design that is almost as impressive as the food itself. With a selection of handmade pastas and antipasti, it’s difficult to choose so sharing is encouraged. They feature an open-hearth wood-fired grill to craft their signature bistecca Fiorentina, which is “three fingers” (Tre Dita) thick. Starting with one of the two varieties of focaccia is highly recommended.
