- Guests must not weigh more than 250 lbs., fully dressed with shoes. No refunds if over.
- Children must be at least 10 years old, on tour date, weigh 60 lbs. & be 4 feet tall, to zip.
- Children 10-17 years old must have an adult zip with them.
Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
