Conveniently located near public transit stops, the tour is easily reachable. - Age & Safety Requirements: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant travelers can participate if under 24 weeks by the tour’s end.
- Tickets, Pricing & Refund Policies: City passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Attraction ticket prices are subject to change and are non-refundable.
- Booster Seat Policy for Children: Children under 6 years old must have a booster seat to participate. Guests are responsible for providing the booster seat and any fines for violations. Bus Travel Exception: Booster seats are not required when traveling by bus on the tour day.
- Leaving the Group Early: If you plan to leave the group before the tour ends, please inform the guide and sign a departure form. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour.
- Gifts & Tour Adjustments: Complimentary gifts may be offered during the tour, but availability depends on external factors such as weather. No refunds will be provided for changes or unavailability of gifts or experiences.
- Closed Attractions & Alternative Plans: If a scenic spot is closed, a suitable alternative will be arranged.
- Booking Details & Errors: Ensure all personal details (name, contact info, flight information) are correct at the time of booking. Mistakes in booking details will result in additional personal costs.
- Itinerary Adjustments & Tour Operator Rights: The tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations based on weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
