- Pick-Up Location Policy: When booking, select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later, but you must contact us or update this information at least 3 days before the tour date. Failure to provide or update your pick-up location before departure may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
- Tickets & Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Tickets must be purchased through us or via the guide. Group reservations are recommended for a seamless experience.
- Itinerary Adjustments & Tour Operator Rights: The tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations based on weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. The tour guide may alter schedules to ensure the best experience for guests.
- Parking & Transportation: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included—please arrange your own travel.
- Closed Attractions & Alternative Plans: If a scenic spot is closed, a suitable alternative will be arranged.
- Booster Seat Policy for Children: Children under 6 years old must have a booster seat to participate. Guests are responsible for providing the booster seat and any fines for violations. Bus Travel Exception: Booster seats are not required when traveling by bus on the tour day.
- Health & Accessibility Considerations: Guests with disabilities or special needs should notify us in advance. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed—prior approval is required for accessibility requests. No health restrictions limit participation in this tour.

- Booking Guidelines for Large Groups: For parties exceeding four guests or those requiring separate rooms, please create separate bookings. To stay together on the same bus, provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.

- Tour Duration & Travel Time: The tour lasts approximately 8-10 hours, including round-trip transportation between Chicago and Milwaukee and time spent at attractions. Traffic conditions may vary, affecting travel time.
