Accompanied by your personal yoga professional, this private excursion includes two 60 minute yoga sessions customized for all levels. One session of light stretching, breath-work, and meditation while floating aboard your boat in a piscina (natural pool). Later, a second lesson on the soft sands of Saona: create clear energy all day! Drinks and lunch included. Yoga Saona combines the healing powers of yoga, the serene experience of boating and the stunning natural landscape of the Dominican Republic.
