- Participants must be able to swim well independently.
- Participants must have a sufficient level of fitness.
- Participants need to be 8 years or older.
- Please keep in mind that you cannot bring anything with you during the tour, as you will be going into the water. Everything needs to be left behind in the car. We strongly recommend bringing as little as possible with you, as car break-ins can unfortunately happen at this parking area. If you don’t come by car, you can leave small items in the guide’s car at your own risk. The guide will bring a camera to take photos and a waterproof tube for everyone’s car keys.
- You can wear sportswear or swimwear underneath the wetsuit. In summer, the wetsuits are optional.
- We recommend to wear your own sport shoes. Any comfortable shoes with some grip are perfectly fine. If you don’t have them, we have water shoes which you can borrow for free, but keep in mind that these have less grip so your sport shoes would be better.
- Bring a pair of socks for your own comfort.
