Overview
Enjoy the freedom of paddling the French Broad on a wide, stable paddelboard! Standing and paddling is much easier than you think, and these boards are some of the best watercraft for the river, since you can stand, sit, kneel, lie down, and not be constrained by only being in one position the whole time. All of the guides are local SUP enthusiasts and Asheville paddleboard specialists, who can not only serve as your local guides, but also teach you everything from paddleboard basics to racing technique and tricks. Board, paddle, and a dry bag are provided, and you can choose from sunrise, mid-morning, mid-afternoon, or late-afternoon trips.
