MEETİNG POINT: We meet with our guests in front of VIERI SHOP at Sultanahmet. Our guide will hold a flag or Umbrella at the meeting point. The Topkapi Palace is a historic Ottoman Palace located in Sultanahmet/Istanbul. It served as the primary residence of the Ottoman sultans for approximately 400 years, from 1465 to 1856. The palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is known for its stunning architecture, beautiful gardens, and extensive collections of artifacts, including imperial treasures, manuscripts, and relics. Harem: The private residence of the sultan's family, which contains numerous chambers and opulent decor. Imperial Treasury: Home to precious items such as the famous Topkapi Dagger and the Spoonmaker's Diamond. Architecture: The palace showcases a unique blend of Ottoman and Byzantine architectural styles, with intricate tile work and elaborate decorations.
