We’ll learn to engage all five senses as we explore how the raw ingredients—different species of agave—and each producer’s unique recipe influence the aromas and flavors of traditional mezcal. Along the way, we’ll uncover the beautiful stories behind each mezcal and the deep connection that every producer has with their land and the biodiversity that surrounds them.
