Overview
The cooking class is held in a cooking school with professional chefs, ensuring you learn authentic recipes and the best preparation. It is the most complete gastronomic activity you can find in Barcelona. You'll start by visiting La Boquería market accompanied by the chef or his assistant. Upon your return, you'll taste 10 tapas paired with different wines, and the chef will explain the history of Spanish gastronomy through these tapas. You'll enjoy learning how to prepare a complete traditional Spanish menu: Seafood Paella, Spanish Omelette, and Crema Catalana. The menu can be adapted to any type of diet: Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. Drinks are included during the Tapas tasting, during the cooking class, and at lunch or dinner.
