- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Drivers must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver license.
- All participants must be at least 52 inches tall
- All passengers must have a valid identification card.
- Participants cannot exceed 800 pounds in combined weight for each UTV.
- The lead traveler must submit proof of identification at least 48 hours prior to the activity.
- All participants must arrive 45 minutes prior to the starting time on the activity.
- All participants must wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothes that may get dirty or wet.
- The ingestion of alcohol or drugs prior to or during the activity is strictly prohibited.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENT IF APPLICABLE.
- If any participants arrive late, do not show up to the reservation or do not meet any of the mentioned applicable requirements, the amount paid will still be processed. THIS FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
