You’ll sample four drinks while visiting three local favorites: The Sip, Western Red Brewing, and Valhöll Brewing. Start at The Sip with their interactive “pour your own sip” experience, then head to Western Red Brewing for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the brewhouse, where you’ll see how their bold beers are crafted. Finally, visit Valhöll Brewing, where you’ll raise your glass for a ceremonial toast from a 4-liter Scandinavian longhorn. Along the way, take in Viking history, Norse mythology and daily life, and tales of Poulsbo’s Nordic roots.
