Dom is a PhD (student), winemaker and olive grower, with a passion for history. Croatia and Dubrovnik offer enological and gastronomic products that have been recognized for their quality in the world's biggest competitions like Decanter in London (wine) and NYIOOC (olive oil). However, due to relatively limited production, sometimes they remain undetected by visitors. You will enjoy not only the four most important wine varietals in the area paired with four dishes and a guided evaluation of two extra virgin olive oil but also the history and cultural context.
